Before you place an order

Turnaround

Custom wreaths are typically completed within 7–10 business days after full payment and final design approval. Timing may vary with material availability and does not include shipping time.

Pickup & shipping

Local pickup is available in Columbia, South Carolina. The exact pickup location is provided after the order is confirmed. Shipping charges vary by design size and destination and are included in the final total before payment.

Custom-order policy

Because each design is handmade and personalized, all custom-order sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

After your design and final total are approved, Vikki will send a secure Stripe checkout link. Shipping is included in the approved total when needed.
